Our parents made the brave decision to sell our home in Mielec, Poland, pack up the 4 kids, and move to Detroit in 1994. Being in the US for well over 20 years one thing hasn’t changed, our mom’s traditional, no short cuts cooking! 

When we came to the US our family worked at Veronica’s Catering (at that time Krystyna’s Catering) every weekend. Parents in the kitchen all the way down to the youngest daughter, 12-year-old at that time, serving food. Little did we know that we would own the business 25 years later.

Having owned a restaurant in Poland and years of experience in the industry our head Chefs (aka Mom and Dad) Irena and Andrzej are proud of the quality and tradition they bring to V Catering.

When we were presented with the opportunity to buy the business in 2018 we figured maybe it’s time we stop being selfish with mom’s delicious food and share our traditions with you!
